If you value your belongings and your sanity DO NOT USE Servpro of NE Chester County. They are unprofessional,dishonest,disorganized,and scam artist. When they arrived they told me everything would be covered by my insurance and not to worry about getting an estimate for services performed that they will just charge it to the insurance company. Then they had a dumpster and Pack Rat put on my property which they then began filling with other customers belongings and thought they would charge me for the whole thing. On top of everything they threw out or stole alot of belongings that James and some guy named Nick were told to save. One of their employees even took a hammer to our door handles they were told to save and destroyed them and all they can say is sorry things happen. Then when all was said and done it took them 3 extra days to dry my home then they initially told me.
