Illegal attempt at airport concession contracts by Board President Calvin Vismale acting as "sole owner" of Sevananda Coop. Contracts that would have put millions of our dollars into the pocket of one individual if he had succeeded. We have learned that Sevananda is an investment scheme feeding the pockets of specific individuals. Misuse of funds. Using Member/Owners (Investors) money to file frivolous lawsuits against an oversight group that exposed Calvin Vismale's deception and attempted robbery of member owners' funds. Calvin Vismale, in criminal cahoots with all the named board members in this ripoff report, has stolen, corrupted and destroyed the democratic election process at the beloved coop. Calvin Vismale personally along with Store Manager, Tom Pawlenko, and the others stole election ballots in 2012. It is believed Calvin and the board privately counted the ballots and once learning he had lost control of his board seat, Calvin ordered the ballots destroyed and refused to step down from his seat. The election was the voice of those who invest their hard dollars into this coop. Our money and our rights and our democratic process was hijacked by these individuals who are using the member owners' money to hide their overall criminal activity and misappropriation of investor money. It is a full coverup and the public is still being sucked into investing in this organization. Do not invest your money in this coop. It is being used as a personal checkbook and bank for Calvin Vismale's personal use and personal gain. Calvin Vismale is using personal intimidation and his promise of "feeding" the other board members with favors for their cooperation in this entire scheme which has been going on for years. But finally exposed prior to the last election. Members Beware. Stop buying shares. Stop shopping. Because of this growing awareness Sevananda is bleeding financial losses. Vendors are refusing credit because of this cloud of suspicion. Bankruptcy looms. Your entire ownership will be lost. Pull your money out while you can. Don't do business with this coop. Don't let any of these people sit on your board or be responsible for handling money for your organization. They are dishonest and dangerous.
