Seven Marketing Boobies Rock, Adam Shyrock, Adam Shryock Threat, lawsuit, e-mail, call Internet

After inquiring to Boobies Rock regarding whether or not they were non profit and details about who they donate to. Unfortunately this led to multiple back and forth emails which on their part were very threatening. I also recieved a call after these emails asking me to call them back. I returned the call and spoke with a very strange, older sounding, man who told me 'you're not a consumer, youre a skeptic, and we don't tolerate that' and ended the conversation by saying 'i'm not interested in talking to you anymore, but we will find out who you are and we will find you' and then he hung up. I am considering going to the police with this information, because it's very threatening to hear this from a company!

In addition, I posted:

"wow Boobies Rock! is a crazy company! I emailed to ask them about which non profits they donate to, and if they are a non profit and after back and forth via e-mail, the response I got was 'We have dealt with people like you before and you might want to check out the situation they now find themselves in as result.' How creepy!!" on my facebook and for some reason it is not showing up in my feed or my friends' feeds. I have contacted facebook and changed my password.

At this point there is no reason for you to contact us any further and we find your emails to be nothing more than harassment. We have given you fair warning and should you feel it necessary to carry out your numerous threats then you will be knowingly participating to defame our organization.

All further inquires should be addressed with our attorney.

I am very sure you are trying to scare me because you know you're company is unethical and no one would support it if they knew the truth. Unfortunately, I know enough about law to know that you have no case if I air your dirty laundry. It's really too bad for you. I will not be intimidated by your empty threats, but good try.

We do not donate to any organizations who fund research, again, the website clearly demonstrates this. We only donate to organizations who provide direct patient relief. Feel free to air all you want that we are a for-profit business, it is very clearly portrayed and the "Inc" kind of gives that away. For the record and not that it is any of your business, but our company took a loss last year in total earnings as a result of our large contributions. We didn't have to do that but made the decision in the best interest of our partners.

You are more than welcome to state your opinion of our company but we will be monitoring all of your activity closely. If you post one thing that is false about our organization then make no mistake, we will bring a suit against you. We have dealt with people like you before and you might want to check out the situation they now find themselves in as result. We are a growing brand with many people who count on us so you better believe that we take these matters very seriously.

I won't be interfering, but I will be airing that you are a for-profit company using cute girls selling boobies rock clothing at bars under the guise of donating to breast cancer research to make a profit. Our efforts resulted in nearly $300,000 in contributions last year, including a considerable amount directly to a woman who did not have insurance or really any sort of financial help other than us. Additionally, we were nominated for a Halo Award for Cause Marketing on January 31st for the overall production of our campaign throughout 2011. Apparently there are many people out there who share a different opinion than yours. Furthermore, all of this information is prominently displayed on our website.

I have a pretty good feeling as to what is going on here so as a precaution I have copied and delivered your IP Address to our attorney. We will not hesitate to seek legal action should you choose to directly interfere with our business in any way.
