4/03, driver phil whaley waived his middle finger in the air while on wears valley road , the driver wore a white ball cap and drove a white, nice looking Intrepid car,as he stared , passing by rather slowly.
This person attends the eccentric political mob namely First Baptist of Sevierville, the year was 1997 last seen phil.
Witnessed two employees in a sevier county orange and black truck. Both men were at least in their fifties, wore glasses, had short white hair and both had their middle finger on their noses as they eagerly stared as they raced on ridge road in sevierville while headed toward collier road.
7/03, jay sims, shortbrown hair, thin, a dum-dum, seen driving a dark-green expolrer stopped briefly on collier road before heading towards Fair Fields Suites had eagerly stared with his middlefinger on his nose, heading from ridge road.
