Contact your credit card company and lodge a complaint with them so that you will not receive further billing and in some cases may receive a refund.
They are listed on many sites as rip off artists and many posts can be found stating the exact same problem that I had.
When a company knows that you are disatisfied with service, they refund you. Not this company! Never! That shouts loud in my book that they are indeed a rip off company. Will do anything to keep your money and nothing you say will alter that.
Just watch the rebuttle posts, they will defend themselves to the core.
