Shady Brook Turf Mgmt, Inc shadybrooklawncare@earthlink.net They promised 5 lawn treatments for $200. Money was sent and Check cashed. No action since. Kouts, Indiana

A man named Jay Martz representing Shady Brook Turf Mgmt, Inc  promised over the telephone to treat my lawn with 5 applications of lawn care products for $200.00, if paid in advance.  I sent my check dated March 4, 2012 which was subsequently deposited at BMO Harris Bank to Shady Brooks account. 

Since that time I've called countless times for information as to when the service would be preformed.  The telephone message  says "they are behind in their work but assures their customers that they will be serviced",  You can't leave a message because the message box is full. It's now too late in the summer for the treatments to be beneficial.

I felt confident in arranging for the work over the 'phone because this company did work for me several years ago.  Also they had been recommended by the maintenance service that has cut my lawn for many years.  I want the money back.   I'm not sure as to the value of damage to the lawn that has been done while waiting for the promised teatment.
