Shana Lockdown Bullz Never refunded money for pup I paid in full that she claims died. Dos Cruces New Mexico

I paid in full for a dog that my family and I picked via photos from ShanaLockDownBullz. Before taking delivery of the dog she tells us the dog and the littermates were killed. She offered another dog eventually to which we declined. She agreed to refund us the $1300.00 we paid for it within a month or so. We received $500. After almost a year of waiting for the $800  balance and numerous attempts to get the remainder owed to us, I decided to post on an OEB board of her non intent to pay me back. We got excuse after excuse.
They were upset that I posted that they owed me money while all along they continued to sell dogs. The woman are untrust worthy. They try and act like victims. They owe me money. I have every email and conversation with her as proof.

I decided to file this report here when she finally admitted that she would NOT pay me for posting on the OEB board. She claims that because of the post she lost 'sales"....SHe wants to sell and collect money , but not pay us back the balance she owes us.

Stay away from this kennel. There are many others with good honest breeders. Dont make the same mistake I did. They took my full payment and ran off with it.
