SHANDA LANCASTER, Singsnap's most bi polar insane member since March of 2008 has Singsnap owner TREVOR MCGUIRE by the balls.
Shanda knows and has so much dirty information on the karaoke site owner that she is currently getting away with murder on the site at present slaughtering anyone and everyone who complains about Singsnap or anything else.
Staff can't touch her and she knows it.
Trevor McGuire recently put up the $$$ for Shanda's defense attorney in the current civil suit against them both and two others (LAWRENCE A. DICKERSON AND STAFF AT THE TIME KATIE LOUDON). Miss Lancaster does not work and is on state assistance for her mental sicknesses.
What people will do to keep someones mouth shut and it seems Trevor needs Shanda to keep hers zipped.
Who would have thought a dirt poor hick from Tennessee would have a former Corel employee by the balls? A very tight grip.
Who suffers? Every member of Singsnap who post on the message boards are now subject to verbal attacks and threats by the nutty schitzo.

Judge finds Lawsuit against SingSnap and CEO Trevor McGuire frivolous

On August 25th, 2011 a lawsuit was filed against SingSnap.com founder and CEO Trevor McGuire as well as three other members of the SingSnap website. This lawsuit filed in Pennsylvania Federal Court by Diane Patchen and her fianc Robert Smik, alleged, among other things, a conspiracy to defame and copyright infringement. Eatsleepmusic Corporation, owner of SingSnap, was later added as a defendant.
Diane Patchen was banned from the SingSnap community in February of 2010 and soon after made numerous inaccurate posts around the web regarding Mr. McGuire and his business. Filing this lawsuit against him was, Mr. McGuire believes, the culmination of her vendetta. As soon as the lawsuit was filed, it was publicized on dozens of Internet complaint boards by anonymous posters.
McGuire and SingSnap immediately retained counsel to fight these ridiculous and baseless allegations.
On September 27th, 2012 the Judge William H. Yohn Jr. of the United States District Court DISMISSED all of the Plaintiffs claims and Denied the motion for severance and transfer of the claims as not in the interests of justice because the claims were frivolous. The parties later resolved the litigation, including motions by McGuire and Eatsleepmusic Corporation seeking sanctions and their attorneys fees, to the satisfaction of all parties.

...you do not know the difference between a 'hoarder' and a 'rescuer'. I work with my local Humane Society and a non profit organization called Last Chance Pet Rescue, Inc. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Last-Chance-Pet-Rescue-Inc/167461793286095?ref=ts&fref=ts I take in animals who need foster homes as often as possible, I donate money and supplies, I post and cross post about the need for adopting rescued animals... there is nothing I would rather do than help save animals. I support more than one charity... yep, this 'dirt poor redneck hick' gives more than she receives and I wouldn't have it any other way... it is God's work.

I feel sorry for you and I pray for you. it must be miserable to be so alone and lost. Turn back to God and spend what money you have left doing good works. Life is too damn short for you to continue on with this campaign of hate. I don't hate you. I hate what you and your friends did to me. If you want to sue me, go right on ahead. I never lied; you do not have a case and you would just be wasting more time and money.

and looking forward to be sued again. and because you are such a good christian woman you have nothing to hide. you have not lied. so yeah add that to your list of blessings. who cares what you claim u have shanda? the only thing people really care about is to put an end to your lies once and for all. the rest live it up with the family but until you tell the truth be certain u will never really be able to live the life you hoped for.

I look forward to being alive and having GOD in my life. I am blessed with a nice home, a wonderfully supportive husband, two fantastic children, one gorgeous granddaughter, a large, loving family, beautiful and loyal friends, and many lovely pets. I look forward to watching the sky, the birds, and nature in general. I have more to look forward to than you could ever imagine. I doubt you can say the same.

Too Many Pets= HOARDER

This same person is breaking Tennessee laws by hoarding too many animals on one small property without a proper permit and license. The law says you may only have 1-5 cats/dogs on less then one acre. 11 is hoarding and bad for the health of people living in the home and animal abuse.

Strolling thru the tainted halls of singsnap after catching up with Lars over on amazon I see the uneducated potty mouth from hickson tennessee is using her status message to convey that her attorney is pro bono.
you may want to know that a private investigator keeping tabs on things can find out all the answers they need to know so using a singsnap status bar for "hidden and secret" messages to plaintiffs is most likely futile.
they know whatever they want to know about you without you knowing it.
do you really think that anything you have to say is worthwhile?
Im sure anything that needs to be known will be found out and you will of course be handled accordingly.

Shanda and Trevor are now trying to make everyone believe that she's receiving pro bono services - well, yeah, it's pro bono to her, she's not the one paying the attorney! It's really difficult to believe that a corporate law attorney in Philadelphia is going to offer free services in an unfamiliar field to an uneducated, mentally disturbed hick in Tennessee that he doesn't even know. What ever happened to the Tennessee attorney she's been threatening everyone with forever?
