Shane Geyer did a few small jobs for me which I paid him upfront and he did a good job, they were only for around a $100 each. 

Then since I was happy with the results and comfortable with him I give him 2 bigger jobs totaling $1200 and paid him upfront through Paypal to get them done quickly and show him I meant business. 

After following up with him a couple of weeks later he said I'd have everything by the following Monday. Monday came and went and I've been trying to call 541-306-8829 and email at impressivemarketing@gmail.com with zero communication back. 

After doing some research online it looks like he also goes by the name Steve Robins and the company he goes by Impressive Marketing isn't a real company with nothing officially registered. It doesn't look good, I'm disupting the charge with PayPal but wanted to post this so hopefully nobody else gets burnt like I have.
