Hi everyone ,If you ever have the displeasure of meeting a combined insurance district manager called Shane Tobin ,just please walk the other way.If you are going for an interview with him he will tell you what ever lies he needs to tell you to hook you into the job.I have never met such an insincere ,manipulative,false,Arrogant,full of his own importance person.He will promise you everything but he will deliver nothing.He will teach you how to sell with extreme pressure techniques and in the long run you wont make money because all your sales will be canceled.
If this young man ever calls to your door , dont let him in because he will use his bully boy tactics to sell you the cover and you will give him a cheque to get rid of him.Everything he stands for is built on lies and ignorance.The financial regulator will bring him down soon but how can a company condone such professionalism and from researching I have found that Combined Insurance are not too professional themselves .Mr.Tobin I hope you get whats coming to you

Well Combined Insurance have really pulled off the best cover up to date.Up to now I was slow to believe that TJ knew anything about PJ underhanded cover ups but now I know that TJ bulling can keep a fool quiet for over a year and then TJ will promote that fool for his silence. But that fool is just like Shane Tobin and PJ. These guys now have full control of every underhanded trick Shane Tobin pulls off while walking into peoples homes and ripping them off what ever way he can because they have just put the biggest coward in charge of inspecting Shanes work. But if this guy was not such a coward and didnt put up with TJ and PJ bulling he would not be where he is now even if he should have been left where he was after been throwing out of the company for his own underhanded tricks and bulling to the degree of costing a junior in his control over 30,000 of his own money,but that is the type of people TJ and PJ and combined insurance want and need to have beside them. The sooner someone stands up and lets people know what this company and the people running it are up to the better. I know there are people out there that know even more than I do and wish they would just let others know and stop TJ , PJ, Shane Tobin, our new DR Tom from ripping off honest Irish people in there own homes.

I find it very difficult to believe that accusations of serious criminal behaviour such as forgery, fraud, bullying and cover-ups on such a scale could be made and written about without being investigated by TJ O Dea, Sue McNulty, the Irish financial regulator or the parent of Combined Ace Insurance. And I really feel that if this did happen it must never have come to the attention of the above as they are of high integrity and would not accept this type of behaviour. I intend on contacting the regulator to inform him of these reports so he may investigate the matter to clear the good names of these individuals and the Company.

while i think it is very loyal of you jason to be telling everyone how great shane is ido find it slightly laughable for you to be comenting on others as failed reps i would also add that in your current position investigating red flags it is amiss for you to be commenting in sutch a way and also very obviously covering up for your good friend shane both on this matter and others

In response to the comment made on Shane Tobin I believe who ever wrote this was an ex rep of the company who couldnt do the job. I had the pleasure of working for shane tobin and found him to be high on ethics complient with the financial regulater at all times. In his district they work together and socialise together and are like a family. Shane teaches his reps to a high standard and is with them every step of the way. He leads by example and keeps everyone positive through encouragement! His policey holders are givin his own personal number to call if they need anything and he does regular check ups on all the sales his reps bring in! He has helped many people earn alot of money and advance in their career and puts 100% into everything he does. At the end of the day it is obvious that a clash of personalitys has occured in this situation and nothing more.

Does this company take these alligations serious. Did the people this guy is reporting know that major fortgery has taken place. Changing personal details on someones direct debits is a criminal offence and should be deal with in a courtroom.

I work for combined insurance now and I have nothing but the best to say about my district and the people i work with and report to. I am on a team in Central Pennsylvania. We are called The Allstars and i guess that is for a reason. Our district manager is Tracy Pellegrino and I have nothing negative to say about her. She's great to us and I have made a lot of money from one thing...working hard! I am climbing the ladders and I will be making even more of money when the new sales model roles out in March. I am nothing but satisfied with my decision to take this job and since i am willing to do the 3 things that it takes to be successful in a business like this, i guess that's why i'm successful. remember?
