I ordered some furniture from this company for my home. I paid them 6871 dollars up front to do them. The person I talked to Mr. Leo Xie reassured me they could do anything I asked for. I sent designs and colors I want. All was written on the order form and the PI including color of each item and size. We agreed he would show me pictures of the items before taking to my shipping company. He set a date with the shipping company for the 1st of february 2013. He told me time and time again I would see the pictures. He did send some pictures. Half of what I did not recognize. I asked him and he said he sent the wrong ones. Again he sent another set with most of the same from the first set and the pictures I did recognize where not the color I ordered and it was a big difference I ordered grey and he did them white. Other items where not the right shape I ordered even though I drew for him layout of the room and where the furniture would be. I was still sending him pictures to see the rest of my items and to fix the bad ones when he had already taken the container to port without my knowing. My shipping company told me and I had the container stopped as I had not seen my items as agreed and the ones I did see where the wrong color. He could not fix those mistakes once container had left. I asked him to write ma a written and signed agreement by him that if the container does sail he would take all responsability if items where wrong. He again went to port without my knowing and took the container back to his factory. He now will not answer to my questions and will not answer my e.mails saying I gave the wrong comand when I told him time and time again not to send out. He had nothing to loose he was not rushed with the order and he already had my money. BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY
