The Lady Ms. Shannon Figgins refuses to give me my full refund of the fake Louis Vuitton she sold on Ebay. She claims she did not know it was fake and still claims it is real when it is OBVIOUS when compared by the eluxury.com, I sent it to the two Louis Vuitton store, and she is describing a completely different bag from the real Messenger bag that Louis Vuitton sells. It is soooooo sad that Ebay allows this to happen and then makes it soooooo difficult for the buyer to get their money back. This is absolutely ridiculous.!!!!!!!!! Please help me in this matter with this lady and with ebay. I want to put a STOP on ebay with what they are allowing sellers to do and letting them get off easy.

My name is Joe ****, I am Shannon Figgins boyfriend of 5 years. This ripoff report is negatively effecting Shannon. She is an honest hardworking person. She made a mistake by selling what she thought to be a Luis Vutton handbag on Ebay. She did in fact refund the lady her money. She has not sold anything else on eBay since. She is actually now in, of all things, handbag design. This report comes up forth on a Google search and has the potential of doing damage to her credibility, if not already. I can personally vouch for her honesty and willingness to resolve this matter. If there is anything she or I can do please advise us. We hope that this is removed from the reports as she would like to leave this behind her. Thank you for your time and consideration.

How to recognize fakes and avoid being ripped off!

Hi ,
i am writing you because i encountered a similar situation .
i bought a bag on ebay for $450 and got a fake , was so bag that looked like a bag out of the swap meet .
but i got my money back without ebay's help (they didn't care enough)and the seller got shot down after repeat offense .
what to do :
1- i think that you should try buying from a "my poupette" seller .
They are very good and they always guarantee your money back if any problems .
2-Avoid buying from people who offer a bad return and refund policy or don't accept returns at all .
3- i know that the real LV bags cost a lot of money ,and seeing a very cheap price is tempting , however why would anyone want to sell their authentic LV bag that they paud $900+ for it and sell it for $300 or less?
they are all fakes unless they are vintage .
(i have found that they are doing very good replicas out there ) beware!
However i noticed that ebay is making an effort to remove all listings that seem fake .
but i still see people from the uk or china posting 30 bags at a time with $50 shipping..
i know it is ridiculous .
all you can do is e-mail paypal or contact the buyer itself and contact the authorities .
i hope i helped .
