Shaw Carpet Inferior Carpet Dalton, Georgia

I purchased carpet less than a year ago (when I first contacted them) about a pull in the carpet fibers. Big nasty pull right in the living room. We purchased a whole house of carpet. I went through the store and they sent out an EXPERT, who is a real joke. My claim was denied. 

My husband is in a wheelchair and walker and they told me my carpet is not under warranty because of the wheelchair and walker. The sales person knew this and never told us.

I was able to download their warranty and it does not state anything about using a wheelchair. Seems as if they make the rules for the warranty to suit whatever situation or claim that comes in.

We have a seven pound dog and we are two seniors who live here. The carpet is not soiled and has been steam cleaned once. Who would have thought a company this big would be out to rip people off.
