Shawn Albin is a hustler and a con artist. He agreed to do tree trimming work and stump grinding and requested a down payment to do the work. He appeared clean and respectable and had two small children with him on the estimate call and after working on job estimate he requested a $150.00 deposit. I hesitated on the payment but agreed and he assured me that he would dutifully be on the job the next day. He never showed up and my wife and I have left numerous calls to his cell phone with no response. He is very slick, wrote up an estimate, looked professional and made a reasonable impression.

He drives a green jeep with the grill out. He indicates his children attend Chrystal Springs Elementary School and that he has several uncles that back him in the construction related business located along Normandy Boulevard.

Beware of this individual throughout Jacksonville, but especially on ther West-Side.
