This is the Dingmans responding to Mr.K.Hoffmans allegations and thanks for coming forward in this matter as to the deceitful practices of Shawn Blank.It is our intentions to uncover ALL of the illegal practices that were committed by Mr.Shawn Blank.My husband (Mr.Dingman)actually found out that Mr.Blank had an outstanding warrant on3/20/2013 while trying to confirm Mr.Blanks address for our lawsuit against him for the theft of monies.My husband then made a trip out to Valpo.In.on this same date,where he was threatened to be" Shot in The Head "by Mr.Blank.This man is dangerous and should be avoided.My husband preceded to call 911 and Mr.Blank was eventually arrested after trying to flee from police.He was arrested for an outstanding warrant whose details will be posted at a later date,when it is legal for us to do so.Just as promised,we are not going away and will keep pursuing this matter in a legal fashion so as he cannot do this to someone else and will not rest until he is brought to justice.My husband has been investigating him for months and cannot wait to face him in court.It is now a" Knowing" fact that Mr.Shawn Blank has started a new business with the name  PALADIN INSURANCE who claims to be an advocate for the insured.If it was up to me I WOULD NOT trust this man or give him any money up front until the job is complete.As for Mr.Blank,his legal troubles HAVE just begun. I want to add that my legal troubles were nearly ten years ago and I still maintain my innocence in the over blown matter. It seems Mr. Blanks very serious legal troubles are just beginning. It has been brought to my attention that the sheriffs office is currently seeking him. Mrs. Dingman please advise if I can help in some way. Thank you.

Blank has only been correct about one thing and one thing only. Unlike Blank I do not hide from the truth. I DID spend time in prison. Only Blanks story is a wildly fanciful tale. However, I find no need to defend myself. While we are on the topic of what can be proven...let's talk about how you obtained your cpia license Blank. Or perhaps we should cover that case where you were found liable for arson.....ALL of which I have evidence to corroborate. Additionally blank, you're already telling lies about my father everywhere else.Which no one but you believes. There is no threat you can pose to me. So you were FIRED from Calca and talked bad about them...Now you've been FIRED from any connection to Hoffman Adjustment you'll talk bad as well. It's your usual pathetic attitude. Additionally, every word of absolutely everything I've said here and above can be proven.

Mrs. Dingman you are welcome and I have no qualms about blowing the whistle on people like this. Thank you for your understanding of my situation. In the circles I run, this guy is a running joke. Lots of bluster from him. Many saber rattlers,in the past, have gone down hard and never recovered. He is truly living up to his very slim potential.
 Mrs. Dingman, You should know that in May of 2011 I was temporarily under Blanks employ for the duration of one week. In that week,under his employ and with Shawn Blank having full knowledge of my incarceration. I was at your home helping them do the "pack out". If I am such a bad guy,why then did Blank have me in your home? However, as a result. I do have some inside knowledge of the "work" that Blank,currently of Specialty cleaning and Restoration llc. did.  In that weeks time was when I figured out Blank was not a person I wanted any association with and it's why I have had no other dealings with him since. AS, a result. If you decide to sue Blank,as you've stated. I would testify as to my knowledge of what was said and done.Blank seems to be under the delusion that he holds all the arrows in his quiver. If he were a smart man he would just walk away and shut his mouth.If he had any morals and character he would stop doing business in the fashion he does.

In closing I would like to add that I do restoration. Mr. Blank has stated in his previous posting. That I am his competition.Please note that he is a public adjuster. I am not. Seems he admitted he does restoration even though he should not be. The state of Indiana frowns upon public adjusters doing restoration and Blank is very aware of this.Since Blank is not smart enough to simply walk away, I hope he keeps talking. Every time he does he tells on himself.

Here are the pics of all the work Shawn Blank did for the 21,000.00 dollars he stole.Estimate of the gutting of the house was 1,800.00 dollars.The roof he says he put on,came up after a month since the idiot layed the shingles (we bought previously from hiring him), on a WET,SOGGY,SAGGING roof.Now that is "professional" work.So Mr. Blank did approximately $2,800.00 in work and pocketed the rest of the $21,000.00 he took, never to return and yes has not yet been arrested.In fact he has told so many lies since then to police,Atty.General,Ins.Co.,that I think he is going to have a hard time getting anyone to believe a word he says when we get him in court.One of the checks we gave him was a personal check for $7,000.00 and had  "for windows"in the memo and he told Atty.General that the 7 grand was to put a roof on,Can't wait to see him in court try and lie because he doesn't remember that,and we have the canceled check!!Merry Christmas Shawn, your time is coming and our lawyer is coming after you,your house,your horse and your truck.We will take pleasure in watching you go down.

As a consumer and a victim ,I would like to thank K.Hoffman whoever you are,because the more people that come forward the better.I know for a fact that a certain electrician that was owed alot money from Mr.Blank and was never paid.He was sued and lost in court but never paid back the electrician. Mr.Blank likes to claim bankrupcy when it gets a little too sticky for him.I also know for a fact that he has an arrest record that was so numerous that it could not all be accessed in one day,which included fraud and numerous domestic abuse charges which is all public record in Valpo.Indiania.There were more over in two other counties that include Chesterton In.and can be checked out as public record.With a rap sheet like his, he has no business talking about anyone else.I hope you put this man out of business,if you are the Competition!!!!!

Dear Mr.Blank,I am glad to see you finally made it out from the rock in which you live.I am only writing this so there is no confusion as to who wrote this report and those that were sent to the Attorney General conscerning you and your band of thiefs that worked for and with you.This is Mrs.Dingman,not Mr.Dingman and if you would like to call me a liar,than I dare you to go ahead and try.Ido have all the evidence to prove what I am saying and I do believe that I will be adding the photos to this site so the American people can see first hand how you left my house.Thanks for the idea!And seeing is you were the only contractor that was hired and took the money,that makes you responsible.These contractors and lawyers you keep saying we fired is nothing more than another one of your many lies,because we never hired anyone else but you!And do I need to remind you that just because you are not in jail yet,does not make you innocent!O.J.Simpson and Casey Anthony thought they got away with something but its only a matter of time before the law catches up with your kind.And don't think for one minute we will not keep pursing having you thrown in jail for what you did or at the very least warn America about your scam.You can keep changing "business" titles ,but you are nothing but a con man who hides behind the word of the Lord to prey on innocent people and steal their hard earned money!

I am giving you some background info on "K" Kent Ryan Hoffman. First off if he is saying he is a Public Adjuster Working for Hoffman Adjusting Inc. He is misrepresenting the truth. If there are any further false comments made by my competition about me on this irepputable websight I will make futher statements hopefully this takes care of it. You may look up the author of this rebutal before giving any validaty to his claim's. Please go to the folowing websight Georgia Department of Corrections. His GDC# 0001131380, his case number for aggravated assualt #575774. Im glad he only spouted off on me here, his ex wife was not so lucky. After years of domestic abuse to her, he finally pulled a gun on her and did 6 yrs in prison. I am sorry if this feels petty, but I had no other recourse. The competition has resorted in makeing false statements mine can be proved. Any further comments on here will require statements about "k" Hoffman's employer/ Father. Hopefully it stops here.

I was not going to respond to the Dingmans claim's on this irreputable websight where people can spout off untruth's with no fact's to back it up. The Dingmans have made several false claims against me to the insurance company, local police, local prosecuter, as well as the Attorney General of Indiana. Each and every one of these has found mr. Dingman to be a LIAR! If I did any of these things I would have been found guilty. I did the work I was paid to do, and was fired by Mr. Dingman before i recieved the second draw, I did exactly what he required and was fired, and lost money. The Dingmans fired 4 contractor's 2 laweryer's, 1 public adjuster that  know of. I feel sorry for Mr. Dingman, and still pray for his family.

Now that it has been clearly established that Mr. Blank does not do business in an honorable or honest fashion. Hoffman Adjustment Co. Inc. has severed all ties with Mr. Blank and there is a potential lawsuit between the two entities. Most other certified public adjusters in the state have severed ties with this man as well.
 
Additionally, Clean tech restoration has been sold and the new owner has cut ties to Mr. Blank as well. Mr. Blank has opened a new restoration llc despite the fact that he has somehow become a certified public adjuster. Said behavior is frowned upon by this state.
