I ordered a skin cream from Phoenix Labs, Inc that was "FREE" and was supposed to pay $4.95 shipping. I received an item from them and one from Sheridan Labs and was charged $4.95 twice on my credit card, as well as $99 and $93. This was never mentioned in their ad. When I called to complain, they want me to return them in original boxes and be charged a $20 re-stocking fee for each item. I will NEVER EVER order anything from the internet ads again.
