I heard later that he had sold the horse at least twice (once to someone else and once to me). Ultimately, I did receive 1 horse, after all was said and done. I let it go at that because I wanted to be done with him. I felt fortunate that I got something.
He lives in Roy, Washington. He is a horse trader & trainer, plus, he sells herding dogs, now. BEWARE!!! Do NOT do business with him!
