I bought a home in sherwood village . It once was a great place to live but now they are moving in fema homes and it's going to be hard selling. Not only did they move them in but one is moved  in on half of my lot that i pay lot rent on. When I talked to the Manager about it all of a sudden that wasn't my lot that I've been paying on and mowing for the last 4 yrs,and if I didn't mow the grass they would fine me.

The trailor that is moved in is  half on my lot. Not only did they move 2 trailors in next to each other but the plumming wasn't fixed from the last problems that we had. They said their would never be trailors in those two lots because of the plumming problem. I signed a contract with managment to sell my home she said she wouldn't do it until lot rent was paid for the month as of 4-28-12 my home still isn't listed.

YES! Communities has worked to improve Sherwood Village over the past years. They have renovated all YES! greenhouses; homes built with sealed windows and doors, weather doors and thermal windows to decrease utility costs by up to $1000 per year. Sherwood Village has improved community landscaping and the pond, as well as added a decorative metal fence to improve the overall appearance. Sherwood Village has removed all abandoned homes from the community creating additional space between many lots. Gundry Steven This guy has more cures than a Circus Salesman, and that is what he is. His Ads are all Clickbaity promising to reveal a secret and relying on unproven medical theories used by other conspirators, like Leaky gut syndrome. Do yourself a favor, save an hour of hard sales, and skip the gundry product. Yes, he is a real doctor, but I think he got caught up in the money for the supplements industry. Go back to real science Steven. Bought one of his supplements, doesnt work

Craftmatic adjustable beds So check this baloney out, worst company I’ve dealt with in my entire life and I’m old. We thought about buying a Craftmatic bed, we talked to a guy on phone on March 27th, he told us the deal we was looking at ended at 9pm that night and if we wanted more time to think about it just put a deposit down and we won’t charge you unless you buy the bed. We put $1,000.00 down over the phone. The very next day about 9am less then 12 hours later I emailed them to cancel we do not want the bed. So I kept asking why is our money not returned about once a week, keep getting same old story sir you need to be patient, first it goes through claims department and then it gets transferred to refund department and then they process the orders in which they are received. We’ll wife just called Craftmatic again today and finds out they are understaffed and no one working in those departments, she asked what the hell you just keep peoples money because your under staffed she replied yes sometimes . Lmao what a joke company, I thought they was a legitimate company so that’s why we considered buying a bed off them in the first place. So here we are 2 months later they still have my $1k I have no bed….there’s not even a order number because we never ordered the frigging bed lol!!! We had to call are bank and open a dispute because the bank already paid them so now we have to wait up to 90 days to straighten out Craftmatic’s crap they do to people. I’d also like to add, we made several phone calls to them they say they are understaffed and to leave a message, we probably left 10 messages and only ONE. Called back. The way to actually talk to someone is to say your looking to buy, presto a person comes on the line to take your money and hold it hostage. Buyers Beware go to sleep number like I did. They ripped us off $1,000.00

Adore Cosmetics Deep Sea Cosmetics I am a victim of (Adore store in Tyrone Mall, Saint Petersburg). They have used unethical sales’ techniques, such as befriending and complimenting me until I became so uncomfortable and just said yes to buying the merchandise that I really didn’t want plus they were not upfront with their no refund” policy. I have learned about it after purchasing and signing the receipt, apparently too late! I tried returning it within 30 minutes after buying it and immediately disputed it with my bank. I have returned the unopened products accompanied by my husband (recorded it on video) the day after and was told, NO REFUNDS! Money loss: $3,691.50 My bank upheld the scam shop’s no refund” policy. Now they have my money and the merchandise. I fell victim to their sales tactics and they refuse to resolve the issue. I deem this enforcement of the policy to be baseless and unethical. They are preying on vulnerable individuals. I want my money back! Help! Thank you! Saint Petersburg Florida

He would mysteriously show up to your home once another agent knocked at your door or called you to get your listing? Appointments with original agent were made, agreed on a day and time to list your home, (after the poor first agents working on a daily basis, walking up and down your streets, knocking on many-many doors, to finally get one of you to say , yes, I want to list my home with you.” Can you do CMA for me and come such and such a day to present the numbers so you can get my house SOLD!”) But some how The Famous STEVE GONG ,The listing THIEF at Prudential California Realty would show up to your home, unexpected? He knew exactly what house to target ready to list your home. You remember That this thief , don’t you? He was very pushy, then you would tell him you had an appointment with another realtor from the same office, but he is not an ethical person, so he did not care that someone from his own office had already made an appointment with you, right? Tell me home seller, what did he do? Do you recall his tactics? You remember what he would say about his coworkers? But as agents ourselves , we know you thought we worked together and since he said he was the best in the office and had more experience and that we new nothing, and blah, blah, blah …you still listed your home with him. Because you didn’t know. That’s understandable. Even though you had a commitment to meet with the hard working agent that was doing to work very hard to get the most out of your home , price wise and possible in a shorter amount of time , since they would promote your house on foot as well as the company promoting to make sure your house got the best value at the end of close of escrow. Instead this thief took away the very little potential commission that would be paid to us. I just want you to know Home sellers, We’re not mad at you, Home sellers . We’re upset that this thief took our well deserve commission to feed his kids by being lazy sitting in his office all day waiting to see who’s listing he was going to steal next. While many of us agents that worked in the same office as he did , worked hard just to take our well deserve commission’s out of our hands. He lied and stole to feed his kids, while we had to work extra hard and are ethics to not be able to feed our kids. Just because Steve Gong manipulated the office printer.
