vacuumed and washed. Gave the keys to the attendant, who then proceeded to lock
them in the van. Did they say, "Oh my gosh, we're so sorry!" NO! They
blamed my husband, saying that the van locked automatically. THE
ATTENDANT LEFT THE KEYS IN THE VAN! I then had to
drive all the way over there to unlock it, and obviously by that time we
are both upset and want a refund. What does the manager Tristan say to
this, "I'm not authorized to give refunds". So not only do they not take
responsibility for their mistake, and apologize, but they also refuse
to offer a refund of $18 for their shoddy service that we never received. I understand that people
make mistakes, but trying to save your hide and blame the customer is
absolutely the wrong thing to do, and I will NEVER go here again.
