I called the Number they provided to activate and authorize check and only got a message saying mail box is full no room for any more messages.This is fraud. Irgot a letter in the mail from Spipco Transport Inc. on 09/19/08 claiming that I had won $100,000.00. In it was a check for $3,989.00 Drawn from the PNC Bank,National Association for 3.6% administrative taxes and clearance fees. When I called the # provided, 647-894-2576, I got a message that the mail box is full and there is no room for more messages. I was to ask for Sean Peter or Michelle Robinson. At the bottom A Rita Howell is claiming to be the Claim Specialist of Shipco Financial. The address is Spipco Transport Inc. 80 Washington Street Hoboken, NJ 07030. But the envelope was return addressed Mittre & Lutour 112321 Longwoods,Lambeth, ON. I took this check to the local bank for an opinion and they imediatly said it was a fraud check.
