Shipmycontacts.com dishonest shipping Ripoff Houston Texas

I placed my order on May 3rd 2007, ordering a total of six boxes of CIBA Vision O2 Optix lenses. The order arrived on May 7, 2007 and to my surprise they only shipped four boxes. I contacted their customer support and spoke to Irene. Irene placed me on hold and came back that it was impossible that I only received four boxes as the shipping weight stated 6 oz, one oz for each box. She transferred me to her manager, Elio, who restated their position and said he would research the invoices and get back to me as soon as possible. Irene and Elio both appeared to defend their company verses their customer by not addressing the issue. I am short on two boxes of contacts and because some employee weighed the boxed and then removed two boxes before shipment! It really upsets me because I researched this company and based on all the reviews decided to give them a try. Now, they are claiming I am lying (which I have never had an issue with any online retailer and shipping before) and now are playing this wait game. I am calling my credit card company and requesting a charge back for the two missing boxes. I do not have them and should not have to pay for them!
