Long saga - ordered shirt with promise of one free! Ordered in June 2012 on-line, didn't come but did receive an e-mail saying credit card problem! Called them and said cc good but they said they would send COD. Received shirt ordered but in wrong size - right on package/wrong on shirt! Sent back on 6/26/12 requesting correct size! To date - now 7/18/2013 - nothing! I have sent repeated e-mails to a Lisa at customer service who has said a couple of times that a manager will call me by noon that day or the next!! Lied!
Haven't received either requested refund check or shirt! Keep sending e-mails and leaving messages just to bug them but all are ignored!
Yesterday tried to send another e-mail and now that e-mail address I have is invalid! I guess I'll have to give up! Hate to but no BBB in Clarendon, VT and I don't have a street address! One day I'll be there and try locating them but directory inquiries list no street address!
