I ordered a pair of shoes online on December 15th 2004for my little brother. He is usually a 10 or 10 1/2 so I ordered and 11. I waited 4+ weeks until the shoes arrived and they were the wrong size. I emailed the company and they responded by asking me to mail the shoes back with the information on the right size to their PO box address... so i did the very next day. Again, this was supposed to be a Christmas Present. Around July, hadn't heard back so I sent a letter, I waited a very long time and still sent emails. I send a letter requesting a refund and they asked me to mail them the shoes first!!! I was so upset, I decided to send them another email and threatened them to send me my shoe or refund me my money or I will get the Attorney General to get them to give me my money back. Now all of a sudden their website doesn't exist?? They have changed their website to something else...don't order from them. They owe me a pair of Air Force Ones, item # 115 color: blue/grey low cut. Paid $89 or so with shipping, and they owe me for the re-shipping of the incorrect item! Please get me my money back!!
