On 10/6/05 I filed a local police report claiming fraud and the detective managed to get me the owner name of the company and his phone number Glenn Gardner Jr. at 1-973-478-6051. When the detective spoke with Mr.Gardner Sr. he was told my order would be shipped in 7 days and gave the Det. a tracking number. Now I'll wait another 7 days and see what happens. I hope this can help other people get their shoes/orders.
