We purchased our computer from shop NBC in September 2003. The first computer we recieved the floppy driver did not work. So after several run around phone calls we were allowed to send the tower back. Three weeks later we recieved our tower back damaged. we took pictures made several phone calls, and returned it again. We called shop nbc about returning the entire computer but because the 30 days was up. ( We hade it One week before it was sent in for repair, the repair took three weeks which made our 30 days).

Every time we start playing a game or doing somethimg on the computer it glitches out, We can not load a program with tech support, like they help. The face of the computer is off as work from it because the botton to turn it on broke. The problems go on and on with absolutly no answers or results from any of the companies that are taking advantage of people. People beware!! I will not purchase anything else from this company.
