My grandson knows computers and he set it up, but after a week the screen would remain blank. We took out the battery and then replaced it, that helped. The next week the same thing happened, plus the screen would freeze.
I emailed them and as of this date, have not received any help from Viscom. I finally decided to mail back their V2 Premier laptop back.
I feel that this is a ripoff as this laptop was not made in the USA but China. I am a senior citizen and live on a fixed income and cannot afford to pay for something that doesn't work and is defective.
