ShopNBC Both Protron tv's from ShopNBC have problems -26' & 32' Eden Prairie Internet

September 2005 I got two Protron tv's and they both have problems. November 08 26' started making a high pitch noise and stopped working. The 32' started having burn-in September 06 and have lines bleeding down from the top.
The reason I bought them was the lcd panels were to last 15-20 years. Contacted ShopNBC no help. Contacted Protron put on hold, spoke with people that did not know what they were doing or what they were talking about.

November 08, I'm told they are out of business. I've been had and I'm not happy.

ShopNBC is not the culprit here

I am not sure why you are blaming ShopNBC here. You purchased a product from them and they delivered it to you. Anyone with common sense understands that you only have a limited time to return products to the place of purchase. After that you must deal with the manufacturer. How much do you think products would cost if the retailer was responsible for the warranty. Please direct your frustration where it rightfully belongs.
