ShopNBC fraudulent business practices! I ordered a laptop on ShopNBC with a promise of if you ordered a laptop, they would give you a wireless printer at a reduced price. When you go to checkout, the printer comes up full price. They then tell you to call back at a later time to order the printer due to a clitch in their system. You call back a day later and they inform you that you will have to pay the full price for the printer. It would ship out March 1st, (over 2 weeks after ordering) and then they would go back and refund a $100.00.

ShopNBC never refunds as soon as they say that they do. So in essence they hold your money for 3 weeks to get what they promised you when the product was ordered, when in fact tbhey would not give you what they promised when it was ordered on air.

Because of the way that this order was handled, I tried to cancel the laptop, which would not ship until March 1st, even though they charged my account immediately. This the next day after the order way placed and they will not let me cancel this order. So, they are holding my funds. I was told it will be 2 weeks until my money will be refunded and I have nothing to show for it. They are the masters of using "float" for customers money. - I order from hsn and QVC and they are far more honorable than this company. BUYER BEWARE
