December 2008, I received a letter in the mail, along with a check from this Shoppers Market Research. The letter said that I indicated an interest in additional income on a part-time bases. I instantly knew something wasn't right because I never showed an interest in being a "mystery shopper". Like others that reported this scam, it seemed too good to be true. Along with the letter was a check for $2,940.00. Also, I noticed that they didn't spell the word Forty right on the check. It is spelled Fourty. I also noticed that other people have complained about this company, sure seems like a scam to me.
