At the very least, they do answer the phone (which I think is a further means of making you believe you signed up, and buying themselves more time. They quoted a "sign up" and date from over three years ago). They stole 31.95 twice in MAR '12. Then again in APR before I called. The fact remains, they have your data, so you should immediately cancel, demand a refund, report as able, and contact your bank's fraud unit. Good luck. Hope they suffer serious consequences and at least feel like the scum they are.
