Customer then contacted Shoreline Fence on August 21, 2012 due to some repair issues with the fence. Shoreline Fence warranties all of their workmanship. Shoreline offered to come back out to the site and make the necessary repairs for a slight repair fee. This customer wanted us to make all repairs at no cost to him by claiming a workmanship error. Since the fence was now six months old and had gone through an entire rental season, the repairs that were needed were caused by wear and tear by the customer's renters throughout the summer.
We have tried to help resolve this customer's problems. We would like to ask him to contact us through our website for a final resolution.

Why Did You Pay Any Money Up Front

I simply do not understand consumers; they cry about getting ripped off, but why in the World would you give someone a check for a partial payment whom you do not know, for a service. If they are legitimate businessmen, they, like me, not only do not ask for any money up front, I do not accept when when it is offered.
Don't cry now, just count it as a lesson learned.
