Showmasters Collectormania Jason Joiner, Collectormania, London FIlm and Comic Con, LFCC Kept my money ignored emails and no refund given Milton Keynes Nationwide

Showmasters run conventions that allow you to meet guests, get autographs and photos. Events they run include Collectormania and London Film and Comic Con (LFCC), which prove to be very popular. Jason Joiner is the man who runs these events.

I have purchased many photoshoot tickets from showmasters in the past, but for the last 2 years, trying to get them to refund money for cancelled guests has proven to be a more difficult task.

Emails have regularly been ignored, promises that 'it would be done immediately' were given but never followed through.

In my case, a guest cancelled over 4 months ago and 3 emails reminding them that the refund wasn't done were ignored. When they eventually replied they said it would be done asap. A month later, it still wasn't done  and they have failed to refund money owed to me. There's a difference between incompetence and fraudulent behaviour, how many reminders do showmasters need before you begin to think this practice falls into the latter category?

There has NEVER been a problem for showmasters taking our money - having made dozens of orders over the years, not once has the money never been taken from my card within 2-3 days of the order being made....but when a guest cancels and they need to give you the money back? Well...good luck with that!
