Showtime Productions - Justin M. Stewart Expo Exhibitor Fraud Dartmouth Nova Scotia

We are a small company that sells Home Decor Items, and have participated in many home and garden shows in Ohio. I was contacted in June 2008 by Justin M. Stewart of Showtime Productions to participate as an exhibitor in the "Fall Home Decorating and Remodeling Show" which according to Show time production's website (http://www.stexhibitions.com) was to be held in Dayton Ohio at the Dayton Convention Center, November 21-23, 2009.

On June 25, 2008, I was faxed an invoice for rental of a 10 X 20 foot space at the convention center. The invoice was in the amount of US$900.00. I was also received by e-mail a contract for the space, and floor plan for the show. I paid US$900.00 for the rented space.

On November 20, 2008, I contacted the Datyon Convention Center to get some move-in information, and was told that there was no show scheduled, and that they had received some scam complaints from other exhibitors. I then called Showtime Productions. There was never anyone that answered calls, all I could do was leave a message.

To date my telephone messages have gone unanswered. I since found other complaints on the internet about Justin M. Stewart and Showtime Productions scaming other exhibitors in the same way. Also you can see this is an ongoing scheme by visiting Showtime Productions Website, where they are soliciting for other shows.
