Siam Trading Company CheapUggbootoutlet.Net COUNTERFEIT merchandise; refused refund, Internet

I am always so very careful and this really looked like the real deal...They were only about $20 less than the actual manufacturer..THEN, 20 minutes after I entered my credit card number to buy "guaranteed original UGG boots" I realized something did not look right. The website itself was well written and the pictures of the products were well reproduced; however, the receipt I was emailed just did not look correct. I searched the company name and found MULTIPLE complaints and further that they were selling ONLY COUNTERFEIT merchandise and that you would NEVER be able to return it and get a refund.   I immediately went to the website and asked them on an internal message provided by the site to CANCEL the order.  They I emailed requesting the to cancel.  I never heard back. 

Then I went to dispute the charge and was told I had to wait until it was posted and possibly they would never put the charge through.  Three days later (after two more days of emailing and requresting that they cancel) the charge went through.  I then wrote and told them I would not accept any package and was disputing the charge.  THEN, I tried to sign into the site with my provided log in and password and my account was "no existing account."  So NOW, I have no UGG boots and will have to wait and hope that my credit card company will get me a refund.   I own a business and it took a long time and a lot of documentation on my part to be able to use VISA/MASTERCARD services...How on Earth are these third world country 'non' businesses getting that privilege???  And then using it to RIP US OFF!!!
