I exited the process before committing to purchase the item(s) in order to try to understand how to get how the number of items is defined. Each time I exited the process BEFORE COMMITTING TO PURCHASE an order was generated with no indication that this action had taken place.
Much to my surprise, I received THREE order confirmations via email later that day. Since this all took place on a weekend, there was no telephone or email address available for communication to resolve this problem.
Consequently, I will have to wait for each order to arrive so that I can refuse shipment, obtain proof that the items were returned and then deal with my credit card company to get the charges corrected; Needless to say, I will never do business with this company again.
