The interest rate is:0%APR first year,5.9%APR thereafter.I was to respond by May 28,2004. I sent it out May 13th.
The letter had an approval code on it as follows-371-027-013736- 5511-01 and was signed by an Aaron Spencer-Director of new accounts.
At the very bottom in bold letters it states-No application or credit check necessary when you send your payment with the certi- ficate below,(which I did so.)
