We read the fine print. Upon purchasing the warranty, we signed to use arbitration to settle any disputes. It says disputes will be settled one case at a time, and that no class action lawsuit may be used. It also says that arbitration must happen in Solano, California.
The website for Signet Financial Group is "under construction".
Oh, this makes me want to be sick! We were counting on that refund. We would never have bought the warranty without the refund promise.
