Signet financial group is the bernie madoff of said extended warranties. they are master white collar criminals. if they have your money, you will never,ever get your refund. You must go after them by state,federal, law enforcement and court actions as i am currently doing!! They have an office in vacaville with a couple of girls whose job it is to misinform all agencies and convince everyone that they are on the up and up. however the guys calling the shots are some of the best conmen/scam artists available.  Treat this company as you would a drug cartel,the mafias of the world or the 3 card monty guy in times square.   i am surprised that the government hasnt seized them yet. i have a feeling that  it is coming!!!!!
