Signitects, Owner Thomas Allen Urbach order work from me never paid, wrote bad checks to me & others, took deposit from customers never did the work ( have names of customers & businesses he rip off Chandler Arizona

came into my shop a year ago did somework for him paid first couple job then after that was nothing added up to 3995.00 wrote me a bad check. he rip off many other people and wrote many bad checks, have customers and names and phone numbers. he would get a deposit from these customers of his and never do the work or finish the work. he would trade off work for someone to pay his rent they never got the work done. landlord closed the door on his shop. then he went to work for a printing place starting selling for them took the deposit had the customer put the check in his name. he left there in two weeks then the customers called looking for the job to be done. when he work in his own shop he had a few kids working for him they all never got paid over months of work. one kid was even paying his electric bills and supplies with his unemployement checks. now he is working inside of another print shop.i am going to report to the city no license or paying state and city sells tax. plus the irs. several people file bad checks against him but that take forever to get things going. he lived in reno nv. moved nineteen times there had judgements against him. plus lived in minnesota before reno

You have totally misrepresented the facts in this report. You did work for me and you tried to manipulate my clients into working with you instead. You have stolen my artwork and pursued my customers. I gave you two "Post-dated" checks to show you good faith and you went ahead and tried to cash my checks without my authorization to do so. I do not "Bounce" Checks all over town!!! I put a "STOP PAYMENT" on those two checks when I found out what you were doing!!!
I have had my bank accounts for over 15 years with the same bank. You have flagrantly defiled my reputation and misrepresented my company and the quality of the work that we do. I understand you are no longer in business and have closed your doors. I wonder why?
The 4 clients you tried to steal from my company because I downloaded very high quality graphics into your computer and company for these clients, I fully expected you to represent yourself in a professional manner... and you didn't?
The employee you say that paid my electric bill... is and was under "State mandated Anger Management" rehabilitation and is a recovering alcoholic and I gave him employment because he couldn't find a job with any other companies. He stole from my company and he was very unreliable. I fired him.
As far as my clients, I have provided a very high quality standard and have fulfilled all my obligations with these customers... until you destroyed my reputation and "Bad Mouthed" me to these customers.
You have destroyed my life Bill. You are not a nice person. You have failed in your business. I am sorry for you.
