This company called implying they were from AT&T and that thye were lowering my long distance rates.
I got my phone bill and was charged three times what I was paying before. They were not from AT&T!
When someone calls trying to do something with your phone bill, have them mail it. Big phone companies are not going to call you and lower your rates.

I used to work there for about 5 months. This company is a total scam!Its ran by a money hungry man in Long beach and it is commission bases so anything goes when it comes to geeting your "sale". You see,everytime someone goes thru a taped verification with you without any rebuttals {it has to be perfect thts why they tell u before hand to not ask any questions or else they won't get paid} we got 3 measley dollars. However 3 dollars added up because some of the older employees mad about 600 dollars a week untaxed money. Me on the other hand I kind of stuggled plus the people we scammed were hardworking kind people. And I just want to say to everyone fallen victim to this company I do apologize sincerly and unfortunately its all about the money at this company. I no longer work for silv. I found a real job making real money and genuinely helping people. People be smart!why would anyone call u to give u a discount with the economy like this? Be smarT PeoPle!
