I Found this Company while searching Amazon for A Particular movie It was listed as A related search so I clicked on It,The site came back displaying the exact movie I was searching for. It looked completely lagit,so I filled out the order form. That was 10/02/11 I recived an Email on 10/13/11 that my order had shipped, But I have been waiting ever since. The Home page of this "silverage Entertainment" has links for: Home,About Us,Service,etc., But Clicking on all but service DO NOOOTHING! Service takes you to a place where you can confirm the order by a confomation number that has been given you in your notice of order shipped Email. That is the extent of their customer service. A complete RIP OFF!!!

"movie" that was sent, weeks late, was just a disc of previews to old movies. Unable to reach customer service by phone. Finally got a response from email stating they would send the correct movie. New shipment arrived but was the same thing-movie previews to old movies. Finally agreed to issue a refund at which time they felt compelled to keep shipping charge.Whole process took over a month.Very unprofessional and a huge rip off!
