The kept me on the phone, insisting that I set up an appointment to come in and claim my prize, and attend an "optional" 1.5 hour presentation. I already smelled time-share company, but that's not always a bad thing. In this case, there is no prize, there is no reward for coming to the presentation, and there is definitely no free vacation.
I will avoid this company like the plague that they are, and encourage others to do the same.
