For almost two years many people have joined and are still joining Biogenx Global a MLM/Network Marketing company with Simeon Cuffy as the owner & founder.He goes by and is claiming to be a DOCTOR but after checking he is a traditional Naturopath with an 18 month online education from Clayton College in Alabama. After checking with the college in 2008 and his diploma was recent in order to claim to be a doctor he would have to have had additional 4 years of residency/training to make that claim. The legal department at the colledge stated he was walking on very thin ice making that claim as there has not been enough time to pass for him to have received that much education. He is also claiming Gerry Nehra as his approved and hired mlm attorney. It has been found out that Gerry Nehra does not represent Mr. (Dr.) Simeon Cuffy or Biogenx Global. He has been taking money and never paying individuals and alot have never received product after paying. He started his MLM in Trinidad/Toboggo as well. (where he is from)(so he says.) Many many complaints from many individuals have come my way! I would caution anyone from starting with this company and would recommend if you have been ripped off to file a report! He has told many lies and doing it all in the name of God!
