Simmons and Smith associates Spoke to a Mrs king who advised me that i owed 2250.00 for a loan I never paid from an online payday loan. They gave me my bank acct, full name and address.Then I spoke to Mgr Chris Bennett. They trie houston, Texas

I was contacted by a MS. King who claimed I had gotten a pay day loan online. Pay day loan was originally for 1500.00. She claimed i did not pay and now the balance owed was 2250.00. She claimed I could get my IRS deducted, court ordered with court fees and could face a penalty up to 5000.00. She gave me detailed info of my bank acct, address and full name. I asked to speak to her manager who claimed to be a Christopher Bennett. I told him that there was no such unpaid pay day loans on my behalf. I had proof of my bank statements.

He then asked me if i had a receipt stating it was paid in full. I had gotten a payday loan for that amount and knew that I had in fact paid in full. I then contacted the original pay day loan I had gotten and they themselves advised me that they were a fradulent company. They also advised me that they would never disclose my info. How they got my information is still unknown to me. I got a report from them and faxed the so-called company Simmons and Smith associates my receipt stating NOT to contact me again refrence this fradulent BILL. They used scare tactics and ways for me to give in. I was very stern and would not budge but unfortunately some people may fall for this. People need to get educated on this so they will not fall for such a scam.
