But the Mall has a very limited responsibility to the security of your car in their lot. As long as it is not a Mall employee on his work shift doing the theft, then they have virtually no responsiblity towards your car.
Now all of the above is my opinion, if you find a lawyer to file against the Mall I would like his name and contact info.
There a bunch of business in Nevada that have gotten up my nose and I would like to sue.
