Simoniz Buy Fix It They charged me for more items than I ordered. New Berlin Wisconsin

I called in to order the Simonix Fix It scratch remover for $19.95 and I wanted the FREE Turbo Vac. I found out that the turbo vac was a $12.95. I ordered it anyway. The add went out to ask if I wanted more FREE items but told me that I would have to pay for the shipping on EACH item so like every other person I pressed 2 for NO on all items.

I am thinking that their scam system registered my 2 as a yes, I wanted the items because they charged me for shipping on EVERY item that they sent me. Not only this but for some wierd reason they sent me 2 of everything. When I checked my checking account the other day I found out that something that I ordered for $32.00 cost me $259.35. I was appalled. What kind of company would do this??

Well..I received the poducts and decided to open them just to see what I got because I was going to return them. What I found out was that if you return the products and they are opened....they take $10.00 off of your returned price. Guess what?? Both containers of scratch removal cream are both ALREADY opened. Neither bottle is sealed. And it looks like someone squeezed the bottles. There is cream on the bottom of the box.

Which means instead of getting $39.90 back for the 2 bottles that I was going to return I would only get $19.90. This company now stole $20.00 from me. I am not sure what I would get back for the rest of the items because supposedly they were free. All I had to pay was shipping and handling. I had to pay shipping on every item. When you return something to them it is minus the shipping and handling. So technically I would get a big $19.90 back for something that I did NOT even order. What to do?? Nothing. The bank will not put this a fraud claim because I gave the company approval to use my card to make the purchase. Even though I did not authorize this amount.

My order status online said that the items were not shipped so I tried to call the company so they would not ship the items. They told me that the items were already shipped. I asked how could this be when my order status says that they were not. She said that I should have called before. I told her that I tried emailing and the email kept coming back to me mailer demon. She told me oh well. Customer Service will NOT let you talk to a supervisor. They will not give you the owner of the company's name. They said that is company policy.

I never heard of a company not letting you speak to a supervisor. Especially when the customer service rep is YELLING at you. That is just not customer service.
How can people just get away with this in America. And we wonder why so many people are doing good. It's because they are nothing but scam artists. Is this what America is all about. I sit here everyday struggling to get by, struggling to pay my bills and these people make it rich by SCAMMING people. How can someone just let this go on?? Someone MUST put a stop to this.
