Simon's catering has cause me to get sick at numerous events which he serves food. Simon is known to have catered events which he prepares food 3-4 days in advance and often just re-heats the food prior to serving the night of the event. In another example, Simon's staff has been seen preparing and grilling meats, while not only  NOT USING gloves, but also EATING and smoking cigarettes in the food preparation area.  

I know of numerous people who have become sick from Simon's food however I cannot list their names for their privacy. However, it is known that this catering company regularly RECYCLE's food from one party to another even though the food has already left the kitchen and been placed on serving tables (allowing hundreds of event guests and staff to breath and tough the food and serving dishes.

Common Complaints/side effects can include but not limited to, upset stomach, diarrhea, vomiting, and nausea. 

Simon will also attempt to provide other services including but not limited to valet, servers, bartenders, musical talent, florists and more. For someone who cannot provide catering services that meet LA county guidelines, it is doubtful that any other services would be legit.
