Simple Mobile Boy where do I began. I been paying my bill to simple mobile for service since March 2013. I had an advertising discrepancy then somehow had to be content then and now I'm face with them deactivating part of my service after making my payment. Three days later my internet sopped working. I called more than seven times to only get the run around with someone stating everything is ok on my account. I had two trouble tickets which they were closed stating everything is ok when in fact it is not. Irvine California

I had an advertising discrepancy then somehow had to be content then, and now I'm face with them deactivating part of my service after making my payment. Three days later after makingmy payment my internet stopped working on my device. I called more than seven times to only get the run around with someone stating everything is ok on my account. I had two trouble tickets which they were closed stating everything is ok when in fact it is not. After contacting them for the last time a supervisor whom refuse to get on the line stated the internet is not properly provisioned on your account. Its gonna take 24 hours to get it back. I can't take this anymore I surprise by some of the things I been reading about this company and not receiving the full internet service they advertise as being unlimited I'm shocked a class action suit has not yet been started. How can you advertise service this way and treat people this way and nothing be done. Such a simple shame.
