Simple Mobile is a ripoff I paid for unlimited everything but yet two weeks into the month they cut my internet off. I called first and was told I went over my limit, when I explained that I had unlimited they then tried to say that I violated their terms and conditions. When I explained that I had not done this they continued arguing that it was my fault. I told them all I did was check email, look up information and such. They then told me to call corporate which I did and again got the same run around and when I ask for a refund of my monthly fee they refused. Long story short I paid for unlimited everything and I have no internet and all they tell me is wait till next month when I pay again and I will have internet again and what get it turned off after two weeks? This company has very poor customer service and they lie their plans say unlimited BUT there not. I am now headed back to VirginMobile
