i was trying to get a new social security card replaced because mine has been lost. I ran accrosed this web site and it claimed they could get a replacement for me...... the services charged are something of 29 for preparation and 10 for instant procession of tha services..... So i am thinking that for 40 f*king dollers..... they would proccess the paper work to tha social security place for me.... kinda like trubo tax does with ur taxes for a fee..... but after paying,, i am asked to download the ss-5 form and than mail the dam thing in to my ssc office..... i am f*king pissed because there services include { filing out tha stupid 17 question form with all tha dam information i entered on the website and put it on a downloadable form that i may print out}..... Then i gotta pay 40 dollers for some sh* i later found out to be free and woulda took not more than 5 minutes.... they say this is why i should pay them on ther web site for there retarded ass service

We are an independent document preparation service that strives to succeed by providing intuitive proprietary forms, clear help content, quick preparation times, and quality customer service. We assist customers every day in preparing various government documents such as Form 2553 (Election by a Small Business Corporation), Form 8832 (Entity Classification Election), Form 8822 (Change of Address), Form SS-4 (Application for Employer Identification Number), Form SS-5 (Application for a Social Security Card), and many more. People can prepare any of these documents on their own, or they can enlist the help of a third party company that has prepared that same document many times before.
We additionally offer a filing service for some of those forms. But for Form SS-5, we do not. It is a document preparation-only service, and we are clear about that multiple times in multiple places before any order for the service is accepted. There is no fine print. The reason is that the form must be submitted with various "evidence" documents such as the applicant's driver's license, birth certificate, etc. And we believe people would rather stay in charge of their own evidence documents rather than sending anything like that to us to forward on their behalf.
I hope this explains the issue. And again, everything is clearly disclosed in advance. Regardless, we apologize for any negative experience, and we will take it to heart and strive to continue improving.
